At WIT Training, we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear for your performance goals. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
